Cultivator/finisher
The FINISHER F1 is a tool for shallow and mid-depth soil cultivating.
The combination of working units and their arrangement enables effective use of the tool even during the first post-harvest soil cultivating in minimizing technologies, where an increased share of plant remains is assumed. The depth of the mid hoe cultivating is adjusted on the driving axle, or on a clodbreaking roller and tractor hitch. The distance of the chisel shoes is 25 cm on center and they are placed in 4 rows. This ensures a sufficient clearance of plant remains. The high stiffness of the flexible shore and weight of the machine enable cultivating soil to a depth of 20 cm in the first pass under average conditions. The front disk section is fully adjustable for height against the section of the chisel shoe using a hydraulic cylinder. Choice of a full setting is recommended for presowing preparation, when it ensures quality cultivation of the entire profile. On the
contrary duringpost-harvest cultivating it is possible to use it only for plowing under
plant remains. The smoothing harrow, which levels out the cultivated surface can be adjusted for height and working angle and is suspended on the arm of the clod-breaking and support roller. This is pneumatic in the standard model.
F1 meets the most rigorous demands for operating reliability and work quality.
Blade Cultivator FINISHER F2x
The design of the F2 FINISHER is closely based on the F1 model. The major difference is that it has only one row of discs in its disc cage. The discs are spaced to work perpendicularly in the centre between the paths of the two adjacent chisel blades. Their main purpose is to process the plant debris and improve its passage through the machine. The use of the discs is also important during shallow cultivation when in combination with the chisel blades the axial distance of the working elements is 125 mm and active cultivation thus covers the entire cultivated soil profile.
The standard model uses a double disc (DD) for its rear tamper. This is a very rugged tool
especially good for use in the heaviest soils. However, other rollers can be used as well.
Blade cultivator FINISHER F3x
The finisher is modern equipment for effective tillage. In just one operation we achieve
perfect undercutting of the tilled topsoil layer, its mixing, levelling, the breaking up of clods
and adequate soil compaction with a high area performance.
The construction of the equipment makes it possible to meet the individual demands
of the user or conditions of use.
• Stop sweeps with a working angle that can be infinitely adjusted are a basic working
element.
• The height of the standards and their adequate spacings ensure a high level of material passage.
• The swing suspension of the three-row sprinkler allows its necessary permeability
under even the most difficult conditions. The possibility of choosing the tilting of the rods – springs also contributes to this.
• The support and crumbler roller are locate along with the copying wheels on the first
beam of the machine’s frame, which is also a regulating element for the working depth
of the machine. The great spacing of these regulation elements ensures the great
levelling effect of the equipment.
• Under unfavourable conditions where there is a danger of the roller being clogged,
it can be removed and the depth be regulated using stops on the travel wheels. The sweep behind every travel wheel tills its travel track. The finisher has many applications in
post-harvest and pre-seeding tilling of soil.
