DBMx – disc with a diameter of 550 fitted on a rubber silentblock is intended for postharvest tillage under less demanding conditions, for pre-seeding tillage or for renewal or grassland. Tilled soil of the front sections thrown out sideways is caught by a transversely adjustable rear section. The equipment is delivered as mounted or semi-mounted, which, using a three-point linkage above the travelling axle, can be equipped with other adaptors, for example, various types of rollers on the frame CVUx (or can be augmented with a slip bar) or seeder or with other adaptations. The equipment is furnished as standard with a bar roller, but, depending on specific requirements, it can be equipped with other types of rollers in a manner similar to that
for the conventional DBx discs.
DBMxT – disc with a diameter of 610 suspended on rubber sylent block. This is a solution
intended for post-harvest tillage on medium and light soils or on very stony terrain. Sideways throwing of soil is prevented by a deflection plate behind
the sections, which also has a crumbling effect. The equipment is delivered as mounted or semi-mounted, which, using a three-point linkage above the travelling axle, can be equipped with other adaptors, for example, various types of rollers on the frame CVUx (or can be augmented with a slip bar) or seeder or with other adaptations. The equipment is furnished as standard with a bar roller, but, depending on specific requirements, it can be equipped with other types of rollers in a manner similar to that for the conventional DBx discs.
G/DBMxT, G/DBMx
Working width of the machines over 6 m is achieved with the use of a universal frame – carrier marked “G”, which allows to adjust the working width from 8 – 12 meters
using standard tool parts. The base console carrying the tool wings is located ahead
of the axle. This balances the entire assembly and the tractor hitch always carries a small amount of weight even during the lifting of the machine at the turnaround point.
The advantage of the frame is that work tools can be switched easily so for example instead of the short disks a compactor for pre-sowing preparation can be mounted.
